Transfer News: Liverpool Turn to Kevin Gameiro if Move for Sturridge Fails

Liverpool could be prepared to switch their sights to PSG striker Kevin Gameiro in the January transfer window if they cannot resolve issues surrounding a £12m move for Daniel Sturridge.
Liverpool loan Target Kevin Gameiro
The Merseyside team have offered £12m to Chelsea for the services of Daniel Sturridge and despite having apparently agreed on the transfer fee, Liverpool have now hit a road block concerning the player agents fee.

The Anfield outfit are trying to clamp down on the amount they pay to agents, and that means they could they miss out on the Chelsea striker.

Paris Saint Germain's Kevin Gameiro could now be a target for Liverpool if their move for Sturridge fails. The French international has made just three starts this season in Ligue 1 scoring 4 goals as well.

Gameiro has faded from the picture in Paris since the arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the French international could be available for around £10m or perhaps even on loan.
