Transfer News: Manchester United Target Ezequiel Garay From Benfica

Manchester United have sent scouts to watch Benfica Defender Ezequiel Garay along with teammate Nicolas Gaitan when they played against FC Porto at the weekend.
According to Portuguese newspaper Record suggests that scouts from Old Trafford were sent to the match to watch the two Argentina internationals

Garay, a former Real Madrid player is believed to be the man to replace Rio Ferdinand once he retires from football. A move for Garay however could be an expensive move with the Portuguese giant ready to increase their asking price.

The 11 time Argentine international has made a solid start to the season making 12 league appearances and also making 5 appearances in the Champions League where they were eventually knocked out of the tournament in the group stage.
