AC Milan have set their sights on a move for Japanese superstar and CSKA Moscow midfielder Keisuke Honda but this all depends on the Prince Boateng situation.
With AS Monaco keen on splashing around €15million on Boateng for preparation towards their reestablishment into Ligue 1, Milan are eyeing up Honda as a like for like replacement it seems.
The Rossoneri would use the Boateng money to buy Honda but could face competition from many other European teams including Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham tracking the Japan star.
Honda was also very close to signing for Lazio last summer, so they may try once again for the 26 year old come the beginning of the window.
