Transfer News: Toby Alderweireld Snubs Liverpool for AS Roma

AS Roma are reportedly closing in on Ajax and Belgian international central defender Toby Alderweireld who is set to snub Tottenham and Liverpool for a move to Rome.

The Ajax Captain has been in high demand from the likes of the Tottenham, Arsenal, Newcastle and Liverpool but now the 24 year old seems set to give the English Premier League a nudge and move to the Italian Serie A instead.

Roma are currently in advanced negotiations after jumping ahead of several teams with an early offer to Ajax.
