Transfer News: Juventus to Target Janmaat as Lichtsteiner Replacement

Serie A giants Juventus are believed to be interested in Feyenoord's right back Daryl Janmaat who is being touted as a replacement for PSG and Real Madrid target Stephan Lichtsteiner.

Lichtsteiner has been linked with a move to Real Madrid as a player plus money offer that the Turin side had proposed for striker Gonzalo Higuain and with the Argentine's move to Italy looking a lot more likely, Lichtsteiner's future could well be becoming more in doubt as well.

Juventus coach Antonio Conte has 6-time Netherlands international Daryl Janmaat in his sights and according to tuttosport, Janmaat could be available for as little as €4.5m which is very cost effective in relation to Lichtsteiners worth.

The Netherlands international made his debut for his country just late last year and looks as though he is the cemented first choice player in that position following poor form from Gregory Van Der Wiel.
