Transfer News: Arsenal Target Ishak Belfodil Leaving Parma In the Summer

Arsenal target and former French youth international Ishak Belfodil could be set to leave Italian club Parma this summer.
Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi has hinted the club could sell Ishak Belfodil in the summer if the right offers were to come up.

The Gunners were linked with the forward in the January window but Arsene Wenger kept relatively quite.

A summer move for the 21-year-old has been mooted and now Parma chief Belfodil says there could be an exit from the club.

"We decided that we wouldn't sell any of our best players in January," Ghirardi said.

"We're delighted with the offers we received, but we never thought of selling.

"Sales in June? We'll think about that, but there is plenty of time. Our players agree on the project in place here so we are happy to keep them."

Belfodil, who has played at Lyon in the past, has netted seven in 21 Serie A matches this season.
