Italian Serie A giants AC Milan are now in the race to sign FC Barcelona star Thiago Alcantara with Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Manchester United already targeting the 22-year old.
Alcantara was believed to have an €80million buyout clause in his contract but due to playing time and a number of other factors, the midfielder is now temporarily available for around €18million.
This has alerted the likes of Pep Guadiola who at Bayern Munich could be interested in his former player and both Manchester clubs are also targeting the 3-time Spanish international.
Alcantara would prove to be a great addition to the Milanese side and would fit in with the likes of Ricardo Montolivo and Nigel De Jong in the middle of the park.
