Manchester City have submitted a £12million bid for Lazio left-back Stefan Radu as a replacement for Joleon Lescott or Aleksandar Kolarov.
According the daily mail, The Eastlands outfit have allegedly made a bid for the Romanian international but it seems that the Rome side are looking to hold out for £15million before they decide to sell.
The versatile defender can hold down a more central role but is preferred at a left-back position.
It is believed that Turkish club Galatasaray are interested in Lescott and also Inter Milan are looking to bring Kolarov back to the Serie A after he was signed from Lazio.
Radu has been impressive for Lazio during this season barring injuries, managing to make 39 appearances in all competitions with three goals and five assists to his name.
