Transfer News: PSG Set To Launch Mega Bid For Yohan Cabaye

French moneybags Paris Saint-Germain are readying a massive £15million bid for Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye where he has been offered a wage of £120,000 a week for four years.

The 27-year old Frenchman has been in some impressive form since he made the switch to St. James Park in 2011 from LOSC Lille with the 26-time international scoring 10 times and 11 assists from 60 league appearances.

And it seems many top Europeans haven't let this gone unnoticed with not only PSG linked to Cabaye but the likes of FC Barcelona and Arsenal are also interested.

After finishing in 4th place the season before Newcastle were involved in a relegation scrap before eventually finishing in 16th position just 5 points above 18th placed Wigan. Cabaye may believe its time to leave with these flailing results and make a big money move to PSG.

The only problem is that PSG may be about to change coaches with Carlo Ancelotti linked with Real Madrid. A new incoming manager may decide not to continue this pursuit of Cabaye.
