Porto Striker Jackson Martinez to Complete Napoli Attack

FC Porto striker Jackson Martinez could become the final piece of the Napoli's attacking puzzle with Gonzalo Higuain, Jose Callejon and Dries Mertens all joining during this Summer.

Rafael Benitez was handed the reigns to the Naples side at the end of the season following Walter Mazzarri's departure to Inter Milan.

Benitez has also had to buy to make up for the loss of Edinson Cavani who left for Paris Saint-Germain just a few days ago in a mega money deal.

The thing is though, Napoli have allowed Benitez to spend all of the Cavani fee on new members for the squad and that has since seen Gonzalo Higuain and Pepe Reina complete their medicals at the club.

Now they could be set to sign Columbian Jackson Martinez and according to sky italia, the 26 year-old has agreed to a 5-year contract worth €2m per season for a fee of €32m.

But Martinez has played down talk of a move anywhere for the near future insisting that he is happy in Portugal at the moment.

Martinez has scored 26 goals from 30 league appearances last season which is why Porto value him so very highly.
